It is a cleaner used for periodic cleaning of household or industrial espresso coffee  machines. With NSF approved (does not harm human health, does not damage metal alloys)  Cafiza2,  we can remove the oils, espresso particles (grounds) and lime and bad odors that occur in the espresso machine   and ensure its long life.

Group cleaning ;

•  The basket inside the portafilter (spoon) will be removed and a blind plug will be inserted into it.
• 1 teaspoon of Urnex detergent should be put into your waterproof Porta Filter   .
• Place the portafilter in the assembly of your coffee machine.
• If your Espresso Machine is semi-automatic, press the continuous flow button, if it is manual, press the flow button and let the pressurized water flow from the groups into the portafilter.
• After holding the flow button for 10 seconds, end this flow by pressing the same button again. Meanwhile, detergent water will flow into your flow tray from the group drain pipe inside the machine.
• Press the flow button again for 10 seconds to ensure that the water enters the spoon and repeat this process 5 times in total.
• Then, repeat the same process 5 times, again with the blind plug, this time empty - without detergent.
• Now remove the Porta Filter and press the flow button and let the water flow for 20 seconds (  a process done to ensure that there is no detergent  left in it ).
•  Repeat the above steps for each group.
